You must sign in with a valid Google account to use SwiftSale. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. AI-Generated Content

SwiftSale uses AI to identify items and generate listing content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated valuations and descriptions are estimates and suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before using it in your listings.

SwiftSale integrates with third-party services including eBay. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

SwiftSale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate valuations, failed listings, or lost data.
